Review of Cardboard Boxer (2016) by Annjenkin1844 — 28 Oct 2016
This is one of the best feel good movies that I have ever seen. It is totally accurate with the emotions, the acting and script, having been homeless a lot myself for decades, I would know. I also have seen others homeless as Church depicts, who also had a heart of gold and compassion, though suffering immensely.
This movie is a rare gem, medicine for the broken heart, and to anyone who needs to feel good. I would still be homeless today, if it were not for a police officer in Florida, who I begged to arrest me.
He became the biggest hero in my life, and got me out of the hopeless, homelessness, and to this day, I thank God for cops like him.
