Review of Carancho (2010) by Michael H — 28 Sep 2011
A "shock-movie". How a lawyer convinces poor Argentinian people with no social security to sue their insurance or the victim's insurance to get money. The police and the ambulance drivers are part of this shady business. It's based on a true story. You better be in a good shape to take this. Car crashes, emergencies, ambulances, blood, love and drugs. The actors (Ricardo Darin (In your eyes) and Marina Gusman) are great!
The end is particularly bitter.
