Review of Burnt by the Sun (1994) by Trevor A — 11 Oct 2007
A truly Chilling tale - reasonably accurate as to the power and fear instilled in the Stalin era - and delivered with such ability by Menshikov and Mikhalkov (who's daughter appears in the film too - as Natasha).
