Review of Blue Like Jazz (2012) by James P — 22 Apr 2012
Donald Miller never disappoints. The book was designed to appeal to non religious but curious minds interested in theological concepts. The movie seems that it is designed to appeal to the average movie lover.
It's just a great movie, I was a little afraid before viewing that it may be Kirk Cameron-esque but near the end I was wondering if faith would even be remembered upon exiting. It was a very refreshing movie I drove 2 hours to see it & I wasn't disappointed.
