Probably could have used more polishing, but, in truth, it doesn't need that either: when you think CSI has said all there was to say to the point of being tiresome, Johnnie To take the formula, mix it with Scent of a woman and come up with a madcap black comedy uneven but fresh, full of lovely lunatics and beatiful women used as pungin'ball.
That's madcap!
