Until recently an underrated sci fi and film noir. Ford is great. The film has gained notoriety as it has aged and is apparently very influential even today. True science fiction instead of what normally passes for it: fantasy and action-adventure.
This is the best adaptation of a Philip K. Dick story, even if it departs somewhat from the original Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?
