Review of Black Narcissus (1947) by Rodney E — 09 Oct 2008
The Archers bring it with an amazingly well shot film with vivid color and set design about a group of nuns challenged while in the Himalayas. Deborah Kerr is the uptight nun who clings to her strict beliefs while the other nuns face temptation of sorts.
A classic. Michael Powell was one of the greats.
