Review of Black Cat (1991) by Scubasteve Walter M — 06 Aug 2012
If any part of the world can put together a competent action film, the it's undoubtedly Hong Kong. This rather violent offers gets straight into the action and maintains interest throughout, leaving very little time for a breather.
An improvement on its source material, Luc Besson's 'La Femme Nikita' (1990).
