Rottenly and hilariously macabre and twisted. It's the attack of the balloons in a genius Hertzfeldt short animation. Absolutely an essential watch, and absolutely serving all our sick, morbid fascinations! It's cruel, yet uproarious all the while! Poor Billy - poor kids!
