A powerful, gut-wrenching and intense movie of murder and revenge. Featuring strong performances that very much stay with its audience, particularly Tzahi Grad's performance as the father who's determined to do anything to find the last "remains" of his daughter.
With some very disturbing scenes of torture that almost guarantee to make anyone cringe with disgust and shock; these moments are where the film gets its power from. Along with this, there are some rare moments of humour that are clever yet rather sadistic, especially how the father writes a bedtime story for the killer and then reads it to him, even though its not the most pleasant of stories.
Ultimately this film shows that a very powerful film can come from anywhere that's not Hollywood. This is one of the best films I have seen this year.
