Review of Bernie (2012) by Momo S — 10 Jun 2013
Interesting tale of unpredicted nature of human being. The film captures our capability of crime and cruelty that probably and inevitably ingrains in any of us. The film is packed with Texan charm, hillbilly ideology, and great performances of Jack Black and Shirley MacLaine.
I am also enamored with documentary-style narration of the film--it makes the film like a true story based filem bu strangely fictional at the same time.
