One good way to sum up this movie would be to say that if you have seen the trailer and been disturbed by it, (in that delicious way that your favorite horror movies will disturb you, at least a little bit), then you really have no further need to watch the movie, because you saw everything worth that disturbing feeling.
There's only a couple more scenes that have any real impact, and they're not that impactful. It's not a bad movie, if you like the splatter/torture porn, but it's nothing great. Like almost all comedy movies, nearly all the good parts are in the trailer.
