Frank Henenlotters second tale of the Bradley brothers. After the end of Basket Case the Time Square freak twins wake up in a hospital and are ready to escape,when they do they hole up in a mansion with granny Ruth who has a love for special individuals like Dewayne and Belial.
The brothers both find love in this film and it leads to one of the greatest fuck scenes in movie history. Look for the lovely Beverly Bonner beautiful face in this one also.
