Review of Bad Education (2004) by Mikael K — 17 Nov 2008
An ingenious script with a crazy structure comes to life as a colorful and deep film with some truly realistic characters. Gael GarcÃ?Âa Bernal is as amazingly charismatic and talented as always. The story operates on so many levels it gives me new insights every time I see it.
The film is a bit more cynical than Almod³var's recent films tend to be, but it still has that certain belief in humanity that makes the director one of my favorites.
