Review of Baazigar (1993) by Sumit D — 16 Nov 2007
The film that launched SRK to the top. This is a great film in all aspects. The way the film starts as a typical Bollywood romantic comedy but then very unexpectedly veers into a much darker revenge story.
The finale may be ridicoulsly violent but captures the feeling of building rage and resentment very well. The story is totally compelling, the soundtrack is amazing and the cast are all excellent especially SRK! A must see!
