One of the best love stories i've seen. a tearjerker that made me cried buckets. pinsent's agony in seeing his wife's condition's deteriorating and later realizing he was being replaced by another man was heart wrenching.
A very difficult subject matter that was executed with lotsa thoughtful tenderness. thumbs up to the excellent acting by pinsent & christie. I quote another reviewer: this movie reminds me of the man I want to be with and the woman I can be - strong.
