Review of Avenue Montaigne (2006) by Dave T — 07 Jun 2007
Rarely do I find my soul deeply and positively impacted by a film. The characters are so real, so human. And you love them in spite of their errors. Delightedly, they throw off all pretention and find joy in what they do.
I will never forget this image: A concert virtuoso playing a chopin nocturne on a concert steinway in the middle of a cancer ward in Paris, in a thunderstorm.
