Review of August Underground's Mordum (2003) by Richard C — 30 Jul 2009

The point of these pseudo-snuff films was to pretend to create something vile and disgustingly exploitative. Mordum includes a scene where people actually do things to each other (Not gonna spoil it); it's not illegal but holy fuck that was some extreme stuff. It's one of the few films to actually disturb me, and because of that I'm forced to give it no less than 3 stars because it succeeded in doing what it set out to do.

The shaky handycam is still here, making you all upset in your stomach. Some inventive ideas, but I liked the first one more.
