Review of Apne (2007) by Adil S — 20 Aug 2008

Apne is a really good movie and it wouldn?t surprise me at all if it would be nominated for the best movie of the year. The screenplay is just damn good, and the background score is nice and touching. The boxing/action scenes are well edited and give an intense atmosphere.

I would never have imagined that I will give a sixer to a movie from the Deols, but this time they have delivered a high quality product. For those who still haven?t been convinced: I will say that this movie can be put into same category as ?Million Dollar Baby? which is action drama. You should really give it a try!
