Review of Alleluia (2014) by Patrick B — 16 Sep 2015
This is a very French film, with an obvious major nod to Gasper Noe. Violent, sexual, and intense, the plot does not always make sense and is full of gaps, but the sexual scenes and matter of fact brutality make this a must for anyone into the kind of thing. Reveals how desperate people are for companionship, and how messed up people are just in general. Its a sick, sick world we live in folks, this is just showing it.
Also, its Gloria who is the murderer, Michel is just a womanizer, sneaky dude for sure but he wasn't going around killing people until he got involved with this woman.
