Review of All the Queen's Men (2001) by Edith N — 23 Feb 2010
This movie is half Hogan's Heroes and half Some Like It Hot. While the movie is mostly a goofy comedy it does do a good job of showing the cost of war. Mat LeBlanc is not that great of an actor but he is good at the type of roll needed for this, big, dumb alpha male who's really a teddy bear.
Eddie Izzard really shines as a flamboyant drag queen. Nobody else could have played this role better than him.
