Maybe more like 2.25 stars. Anyway, it was like someone watched Darr (1993) and went what if instead of a woman about to get married we concentrated on a girl still in college whose dad will be her hero? It would have been a great quandary but the script just wasn't there.

Bachchan was the best part of the movie and if his character hadn't been as strongly acted, I probably wouldn't have finished the movie because it was kind of boring in places.
