Review of A Touch of Zen (1970) by Michael S — 14 Oct 2007
This is to THE greatest of all martial arts/wuxia movies. Sure, the pacing is slow but that's intentional and appropriate. (Sergio Leone's spaghetti westerns have a slow rhythm too.).
Director King Hu was a master and the psychedelic/religious climactic fight scene has to be seen to be believed.
