Review of A Day Without a Mexican (2004) by Hamad S — 08 Jul 2008
I understand the point Arau was trying to make in the movie, but somehow it backfires because it boxes-up a whole population/culture as if there is a tangible boundary to it. Some characters were memorable, but overall the acting, production and direction were all below par.
