Hallmark's made-for-TV movie A CAROL CHRISTMAS fashions a modern-day update of Charles Dickens's holiday classic replete with inspired celebrity casting. BEVERLY HILLS 90210's Tori Spelling stars as Scrooge stand-in Carol Cartman, a ruthless and self-absorbed TV talk-show host who finds herself changed for the better by a quartet of otherworldly visitors, including the Ghost of Christmas Past (DIFF'RENT STROKES' Gary Coleman) and the Ghost of Christmas Present (STAR TREK's William Shatner).
