Some really bad aspects, some really good aspects. I loved the music, the animation overall was great, some of the faces were awful, the mouths infuriated me, alot of the storyline choices were average, overall I was pleased with it though.
There is no reason for this to even be animated though, its purely down to lack of funding imo.
