Kevin James just has something about him that brings life to all the movies he is in. Zookeeper is a hilarious, good hearted movie that shines when James and the animals interact. There are tons of big names in the film doing the animal voices and each one, especially the monkey, is funny every time they are on screen.
The story holds up well and has only a few slow moments mid way through the film. With the title and the talking animals you may think this one is geared toward kids but with the relationship plot and some of the humor adults will find this movie enjoyable as well.
I do not see why this one got such bad reviews because it was a fun one to watch and I think more people should check it out.
