Review of Your Vice Is a Locked Room and Only I Have the Key (1972) by R.john X — 20 May 2009
Inspired by Poe's "The Black Cat", this film starts with a slow, kinda boring pace. Suddenly, the screen is lightened by Edwige Fenech, here playing the slutty and clever niece. Taking advantage of the couple she easily corrupts them both with first physical (what Fenech's always been extremely good at), then mental depravity.
But nothing is what it seems, and the final 15 minutes give a new perspective of the machination behind the killings. Worth seeing because of her interpretation and the title itself.
