Review of Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead (2014) by Cade H — 08 Aug 2015
Wyrmwood is a unique take on the zombie genre. There is a ton of action, lots of blood and plenty of crazy, insane looking dead people running around. The story starts out showing a few different people and how there life has changed since the zombie virus came to be.
It soon intermingles those people and becomes one focused plot that unfortunately has no real direction to it. They are just trying to survive and they have no other plans. Toward the end a really cool key moment happens and it is something new and unique you have never seen in zombie movie before.
If you just want straight up zombie killing that is a little different then the norm, you should find enjoyment in Wyrwood. Do not come looking for a solid storyline or acting in this one however as both of those things are lacking.
