More of the same - lots of folks are vertically sliced in three, pierced with arrows, have their eyeballs eaten, etc. - except this wasn't as fun as the first two in the series mostly because the characters are so unlikable - they're all hardened criminals, so you really don't feel sorry for them when the deformed hillbilly beasties start jamming poles in their mouths and cutting their faces off with scythes.
If gore is your thing, though, it's a must-see.
