Nothing really happens... seemed like an episode of a television series that was taken out of context, and there's no closure / ending to the majority of the storylines in the movie! What the fuck kind of movie is that, I ask of you?
Baaaaaaad movie.

Atleast one of the storylines will apparently be resolved in what appears to be a sequel to this movie.... "Elektra Luxx".
