Hitchcock was still discovering his strengths at this point in his career, but musical comedy is not his forte. Strauss' Great Waltz meanders through a story about the inspiration behind The Blue Danube.
And while I love the song, I found it very difficult to pay attention to this film. It's mostly fluff.
