[i]Vincent & Theo[/i] is a beautifully realized piece of cinematography; it looks and feels like Van Gogh's art. Where the movie suffers is its slow-paced script and its occasionally forced acting.
However, these shortcomings should not deter you from renting the film. It's not a failed attempt...it's a flawed gem.
