Review of Twin Falls Idaho (1999) by Rich B — 25 Jul 2007
Twin Falls Idaho (1999) - "That's okay. If you didn't buy a ticket, we usually send you screaming." - Blake.
Co-joined twins live in an old, decrepit hotel. There, dressed in tailor-made suits, they await their fate. One day, a pretty call girl knocks on their door. Michael and Mark Polish direct/write and play the lead roles in this Independent Spirits Award nominated film. Michele Hicks plays the call girl.
The writing is good, but breaks down a bit near the end of the film; so goes the writing, so goes the acting. An added bonus is M. David Mullen's lighting. I love his work.
