The rating should be much higher than 70%. This movie was very engaging and interesting...it is history at the time before and during and a bit after McCarthy that could be related to at this time except it is not communism we are paranoid about.
Very well acted, excellent dialogue and interesting life and what Trumbo did to eventually get the black list off. Playing in the Gaslamp. Was in the Ken but no longer. (San Diego). I highly recommend it.
By the way, he is the guy who wrote Roman Holiday with Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn...a favorite movie of mine! and I am sure of many others.
