Based on a 1891 novel that was banned and or edited significantly in the UK when released, "Trishna" (now on DVD after skipping Vegas theatres) this is a love story gone array due to the the many complexities of a son of a hotel mogul man who takes advantage of a beautiful woman of a poor part of India.
Amazing how this story from 1891 is relevant today in many parts of the world today.
