Review of Trailer Park of Terror (2008) by David B — 29 Mar 2009

Starts off really well with some good touches and character development. It all falls in on itself as the usual plot mechanics take over revealing nothing really beyond the usual gore and sex. The film drags for the last 30 minutes and I found myself looking at my watch way too often.

There are lingering, dragged out torture scenes and its hard to figure out why this film could not have been at least ten minutes shorter.

Slick and rapid editing do not make a good film and this is no exception.

When can we expect a really tense and exciting horror movie again?
