Review of Touched with Fire (2016) by Michael B — 06 Nov 2017
One gets the sense the that writer/director is infatuated with his own illness. The characters, every character, seems obsessed with the concepts of "bipolar" or "manic", and indeed we hear those words uttered a tiresome degree and across almost every scene.
The two main characters were really just empty, offensive caricatures of some of the more severe symptoms. On top of that, the movie is so wrapped up in itself that it comes off illuminating the two characters as the face of bipolar.
This illness varies per individual; in any case, it should not attributed to necessitate an abortion. an abortion. Madturbatory, self-indulgent, and worse, recklessly exploitive and degrading. .
