Review of To the Arctic 3D (2012) by Jason S — 02 Jun 2012
Even with a nap in the middle this movie felt long, but it was only 40 minutes. Some of Maryl Streep's preachy narration was repeated, and there's not much of a story. But here's what is good: You see part of the world that is still wild, the baby polar bears play like my children do, they jump on their mom's butt when they go swimming, and polar bears look like dogs when they're wet.
Very, very big dogs. All of these things I did not know beforehand. Also, the children's choir on the soundtrack was very conducive to a good nap.
