Imagine being transported back to a state-run mental hospital in Massachusetts during the 1960s, and you have an invisibility suit... you can go where ever you want and people will continue act as if they are not being watched.
Never have I seen a documentary in which the filmmaker is so silent--there is no narration, no questions posed, just events unfolding with no regard paid to the presence of a camera. Yet in this silence, there is compassion--only hidden from the outside world can such cruelty continue.
