Review of Tiny Furniture (2010) by George M — 25 Feb 2011
Apropos and evocative, this story about a girl and her search to find herself in the world is refreshing and messy; Aura (Lena Durham) can't find a great job, a great man, or even a great pet and her journey is peppered with some fun and some downers, but tries to keep faith and hold on to something (an old friend, her mother and sister, her attachment to film) to help show her the way to her purpose.
..definitely different and not everyone's cup of tea but a very satisfying experience as good films should be...
