Review of Tig (2015) by Colleen P — 20 Jul 2015
This is a peek into Tig Notaro's life as she gets back to her life after her unbelievable string of tragedies. There are some heartbreaking (and unflinching) moments, but a lot of humor too and it's really nice to see her transition from "there is nothing funny about this" to getting back on stage.
(However, this is not a 'my cancer-journey' documentary.) They use a good mix of interviews, recordings from shows, and footage of her with her friends and family. Highly recommended for Tig fans.
