A clever movie, with an excellent cast.
American writers for a long time now have learned that it is best that everyone is flawed and just about bludgeoned to death the concept that no "hero" character can ever be whiter than white, all people have their dark side.
Almost as an aside and unnoticed Three Billboards turns this notion on its head and offers redemption to everyone. It does it with patience and style. A movie that deserves and can cope with the hype.
