This film tells the story of Thor (Chris Hemsworth), the crown prince of Asgard, who is exiled to Earth by his father, Odin (Anthony Hopkins). While there, he forms a relationship with Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), a brilliant scientist. But when Thor discovers that his adopted brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston) intends to replace their father as the new king of Asgard, he must find a way to return to his homeland and stop him.
This movie blew me away! I felt like I was watching a Shakespearian tragedy mixed with all of the action sequences of a summer blockbuster! A new superhero has arrived! Loved it! Marvel Studios is three for three!
