This is a story of a pathological attention-seeker who lies about being in the towers on 9/11 and proceeds to co-found World Trade Survivors' Network, guide tours of ground zero, negotiate for 9/11 victims' families, etc.
There's a lot to this story, but overall, it struck me as an interesting look at just how messed up people can get without actually being psychotic.
