A time capsule of how campaigns were run before the instant information age. It is interesting seeing a lot of people who would subsequently solidify their careers in the political realm.
It is hard to know what the focus of the film will be, and it does move away from a pure focus on Clinton. He oozes charisma even through the inevitable sex scandal. What great scenes the revelation and the news conference were.
The film settles on the political advisor and the most interesting point is that his wife is leading the campaign of the opposition. Amazing!
