One of the most ambitious movies ever made but if you're looking for another crowd-pleasing Brad Pitt feature, this ain't it. Heavy as an understatement.
A lot of people don't "get" this movie, meaning they didn't get a clearcut payoff. It's good to understand that complete understanding isn't really the goal of art. However, if you love a challenging viewing experience and don't mind long running times, check it out. It's kind of brilliant.
