Review of The Tourist (2010) by Lee C — 03 Jun 2012

This is a movie made like an old classic. It's wonderful, but you have to pay attention. The plot is very slick, and the characters are very well developed and acted out. The scenery in Italy is spectacular as is the music.

The critics on this one show their age. This movie is made for sophisticated, cultured adults, and not snotty nosed adolescences hooked on the action thriller, drug movies of today. There are such poignant lines in this movie, as when asking a woman to dinner.

So watch with a fresh mind and don't go by the critics.
