7/9/15 Netflix.
Another documentary winner. An in depth and fascinating look at Chinese food, culture and business. It also solves the question "Is General Tso a real person". This was so well made and the food looked so good we ordered take out right after it ended, and of course one of the dishes was General Tso's Chicken.
