I think it's really interesting to look at the anthropology of food and how it's changed and morphed into what we're eating today or consider traditional (there's a really great Netflix series called Chef's Table that is related and also really interesting).

Search takes such a well-known and renowned dish and really takes a deep look at the many cultures that have rolled into what so many people are familiar with now. It was so crazy to see how history, events, rivalries, politics, and economies played into what has become such a ubiquitous dish - and it's practically the same everywhere too! Such a crazy anthropological journey.

Definitely worth your time; trust me, you'll learn more about people than food!
